Oleander Villa is a three bed three bath villa in our Marina Village with dock space steps away from the front porch. Oleander sits between Areca Palm Villa and Flamingo Villa. Completed in 2014 and completely renovated in 2020. The living room includes a sofa bed and flat screen Smart TV. The dining area offers seating for up to six and kitchen includes granite counter tops. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including a fridge with ice maker and water dispenser, dishes, glassware, flatware and cookware. The master bedroom features a king size bed and master bath with walk in shower. The guest room downstairs features a queen bed with en suite shower.
